What do you think about when you hear the word capture? For me, it conjures up many memories…some good and some not so good. But overall, I’m reminded of the places my mind wants to go sometimes, almost as though it has a will of its own. And what do we do with those thoughts once they are in our heads? Today’s episode is about the prompt, “Capture” with encouragement for capturing those thoughts before they do us harm.
